ABOUT US

We are a family run company established in 1993. Following a successful summer promotion in 2006 with Humbrol/Airfix, manufacturing and supplying the Airfix Spitfire Collectors Tin, we decided to add another arm to the company and deal in the source and supply of plastic model kits. As a returning modeller and avid Airfix collector, our Managing Director took the decision to open an online retail model shop. We did this only after careful thought, and some sound advice from several model kit manufacturers and suppliers.

We will continue to increase our range of products in line with customer wishes. Please e-mail to let us know if there is anything you would like us to add to the site.

Our aim is to supply quality products at competitive prices, with quick secure delivery, and to take pride in our customer service.

For UK orders of under £50.00, there is a flat postage fee of £3.60. (If you only wish to order a single item, please e-mail us to obtain a postage quotation) For UK orders of £50.00 and above, postage is FREE. Overseas orders will be subject to acceptance of our postage quotation. Upon acceptance of the quotation, payment will be taken and the order will be shipped. All UK orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail, or a 1-3 day courier, which will be at our discretion. Overseas orders will normally be shipped by airmail. The customer will be advised accordingly. As we are a mail order only company, customers who wish to collect their order must do so strictly by prior appointment only. International customers may be required to pay a customs charge on their items. Unfortunately this is out of our control. We always declare the correct value of the goods and send as merchandise, not gifts. Most European orders should be delivered within 10 days of dispatch, or 14 days worldwide.

ATP Kits has made paying for models or kits over the internet fast, safe and simple for our customers. All our website payment gateways use SSL encryption enabling all data to be transferred in a secure format that cannot be viewed by anyone else.

Credit Cards / Debit Cards Online
You can pay with any Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, MasterCard Credit Card. You can also pay by Switch, Solo. We do not accept American Express. There is no surcharge added to the cost of your order. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are processed by our payment gateway provider. Look for the padlock icon in the status bar and the https:// secure section of the address bar when you go to the check-out page. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number when creating an account and paying for an order this will ensure no delays in processing your order.

Credit Card / Debit Card by Telephone
Please telephone us on +44 (0)7766 530917 Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (GMT), to complete your order via credit / debit card over the telephone. We accept the following payment cards over the telephone Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Delta.

PayPal
You can pay for your order in a few clicks with PayPal a leader in secure online payments. No PayPal account is required. However if you have one already, check out quickly with no need to enter your debit or credit card details.

Paypal Express Checkout
No time to wait? The Paypal Express Checkout lets you complete your order from the cart page. Simply select the products or services you wish to purchase and press the Paypal Express Checkout button. This will take you straight to the Paypal login screen and will bypass all other checkout sections. Paypal will already know your delivery address you do not need to enter it again, payment can be completed very quickly.

Bank Transfer (BACS)
Direct bank transfers are also accepted, just contact us for our bank details so the payment can be made. Please make sure to include your order number or full name in the reference field of your bank transfer payment. Please note bank transfers can take 2 to 4 working days to arrive in our account. Your order will be dispatched once your bank transfer payment is received in our bank account.

Cheques / Postal Orders
You may also pay by cheque or UK postal orders if you wish. Please make your cheque or postal order payable to ATP Promotions Ltd. If paying via cheque please allow 7 working days for your payment to clear.

Website Prices
The prices displayed on are web site are in UK £ Sterling by default but we can also accept payment using either US Dollars or Euros. All prices displayed are current and correct as of the 16th of April 2016.

Security
Credit and debit card details are 128 bit encrypted by the chosen payment gateway provider (Lloyds / Paypal) approved by leading UK, European and Worldwide banks.

All information supplied to ATP Kits will not be given to any third party without the consent of the individual concerned, or a court order. No credit card information is stored electronically at our office. Online card payments are processed by Paypal’s secure server. E-mail addresses and telephone numbers are never given to third parties. We may use e-mail from time to time to update customers with new releases or special offers. Customers may opt out of this by sending us an e-mail to unsubscribe. Phone numbers will only be used if a problem arises with an order and we are unable to contact the customer by e-mail.

Once your order is completed it is verified by a member of staff to ensure everything is correct, once payment has been verified your purchase will be dispatched as per our delivery options.

Yes all website purchases get an automatic invoice.
